When you make a payment, we record: IP address, browser user agent, consent timestamp, order ID, and the city queried. We do NOT store your name, email, payment details, or phone number.
3. Purpose of Processing
Consent records are stored for legal compliance under EU GDPR Art.6(1)(c) and Art.6(1)(f). This data serves as proof of informed consent in case of regulatory audit or consumer dispute.
4. Data Retention
Consent records are retained for 6 years from the date of transaction, per EU regulatory requirements.
5. Your Rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, and data portability. To exercise these rights, contact support@findacnow.com. We respond within 30 days.
6. Payment Processing
Payments are processed exclusively by PayPal (Europe) S.Γ r.l. et Cie, S.C.A. We do not access or store your payment card or bank details.
7. Cookies
We use only essential cookies: localStorage to remember your language preference and unlocked cities. No tracking or advertising cookies.
8. Third Parties
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties. Installer phone numbers are sourced from public business directories (Google Maps, Yellow Pages).
