1. Service Description
CoolFix provides a contact information lookup service for air conditioning installers across Europe. We are NOT an installation company, NOT a contractor, and NOT a booking agency. We only provide phone numbers and contact details.
2. No Guarantee of Booking
Payment unlocks the installer's phone number. We do NOT guarantee that the installer is available, will answer your call, or will agree to provide service. We are not involved in any transaction between you and the installer.
3. No Refund Policy
This is a one-time digital content service. Upon payment, you immediately receive the installer's contact information. The service is considered fully delivered at that moment. Under EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU Article 16(m), you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the service and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
4. Usage Limitations
One payment unlocks installer contacts for ONE city only. Changing cities requires a new payment. Contact details are for your personal use only and may not be resold, redistributed, or published.
5. Age Requirement
You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into this agreement.
6. Data Sources
Installer information is collected from publicly available business listings (Google Maps, Yellow Pages). If you are an installer and wish to have your information removed, please contact us. We are not responsible for the accuracy of third-party data.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoolFix shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to: installer unavailability, poor service quality, pricing disputes, property damage, personal injury, or any other loss arising from the use of our service.
8. Privacy
We do not store your payment information. Payment processing is handled entirely by PayPal. We do not share your personal data with third parties.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland (EU Digital Services Act). Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ireland.
